Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Shipping Method: We offer DHL Express Shipping option to provide the best service for your needs.

International Shipping

  • Availability: We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Maltiere.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  • Delivery Time: International shipping times vary by destination.

    Europe: 24-48 hours
    USA and Canada: 3-6 working days
    Other countries: 3-6 working days

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, shipping carrier delays, or customs processing may affect delivery schedules. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, and gift cards.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:

    • Use your return slip that comes inside the package, or email info@maltiere.com to get your return slip if it is missing.

    • Package your return securely with original packaging, tags and/or labels, with the return form and order number inside.

    • Attach the return label. Make sure you’ve removed the original package label. 

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you need to exchange an item due to a defect or damage, please contact us at info@maltiere.com with details and photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Other Exchanges: For other exchanges, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
